Assistant Manager

The role of the Assistant Manager is to assist in the day-to-day operations of the salon executing the goals and vision of the salon and salon ownership. They will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture. As a part of the ThreeSixZero team, they must have great time management skills and be willing to take ownership of their performance and all customer experience. They must have the confidence to discuss sensitive topics with all levels of employees and must be adaptable to succeed in a constantly changing environment.  The ideal candidate would be comfortable with communication to both staff and customers. They would be capable resolving conflict and as well as any communicating expectations to all team members. This role includes responsibilities as a service provider

  • Manager Responsibilities:
    • Review and Create schedule
    • Recruit Staff
    • Staff Reviews
    • Coordinate training
    • Interview, hire, onboard staff
    • Manage retail sales
    • Establish and maintain customer experience
    • Monitor and Coordinate cleaning and sanitation schedule
  • Service Provider
    • Either a Licensed stylist or Esthetician
    • Marketing and prospecting to build and maintain your client base
    • Consulting with clients
    • Listening to client’s needs to determine their preferences
    • Describing different products and their benefits
    • Maintaining and updating client records
    • Keeping updated on  trends and styles
    • Acting as salespersons to sell clients retail products
    • Building a relationship with clients to ensure return visits
    • Offering other salon & spa services as per agreed with management
    • Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards
    • Maintains quality service by following ThreeSixZero Salon & Spa standards
    • Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
    • Stay up to date with all changes and information provided by management
    • Contributing into the team culture in a positive manner
    • Any other tasks assigned

    • Base plus commission,
    • overrides, incentives to be reviewed after 3 months
    • Benefits after 3 month probation

Creative Director

  • The role of the creative director is to assist in the creative operations of the salon executing the goals and vision of the salon and salon ownership. They will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture. As a part of the ThreeSixZero team they must have great time management skills and be willing to take ownership of their performance and the measurable outcomes resulting from the performance. They must have the confidence to discuss sensitive topics with all levels of employees and must be adaptable to succeed in a constantly changing environment.  The ideal candidate would be comfortable communicating with the public as well as working with social media and other stakeholders. This would include a comfortability with different technology platform as well as branding and marketing strategies. This role includes responsibilities as a service provider.

    • Community engagement
    • Creation and development of promo’s, campaigns, sales
    • Grow social media presence
    • Train and assist service providers around content creation
    • Report and provide KPIs for social media
  • Service Provider
    • Either a Licensed stylist or Esthetician,
    • Marketing and prospecting to build and maintain your client base
    • Consulting with clients
    • Listening to client’s needs to determine their preferences
    • Describing different products and their benefits
    • Maintaining and updating client records
    • Keeping updated on  trends and styles
    • Acting as salespersons to sell clients retail products

Licensed Stylist

  • The Hairstylists position is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience with every client. The stylist will be responsible for being able to maintain a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture. As a part of the ThreeSixZero team they must have great time management skills and be willing to take ownership of their service performance and customer experience.

  • Hair Stylist Responsibilities:
    • Marketing and prospecting to build and maintain your client base
    • Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair
    • Listening to client’s needs to determine their preferences
    • Describing different hair care products and their benefits
    • Shampooing, cutting, coloring and highlighting hair
    • Maintaining and updating client records
    • Conditions hair and scalp by applying treatments
    • Keeping updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods
    • Acting as salespersons to sell clients hair care retail products
    • Building a relationship with clients to ensure return visits
    • Offering other salon & spa services as per agreed with management
    • Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards
    • Maintains quality service by following ThreeSixZero Salon & Spa standards
    • Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
    • Stay up to date with all changes and information provided by management
